1. Acceptance of Terms

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on jqk29. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, the Company may close all related accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You agree to promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or payment details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jqk29 login credentials. You must notify jqk29 customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. The Company cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Member has failed to keep credentials secure.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jqk29 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer, or any multiplayer game.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, recreational purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from jqk29 without prior written consent from the Company. Unauthorised use of jqk29's intellectual property may result in legal proceedings.

9. Limitation of Liability

You may also choose to close your jqk29 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Outstanding wagering requirements or active bets must be resolved before a final balance withdrawal can be processed.

13. Governing Law
